1. Make sure your ATV is in a safe and secure place, and that you have all the necessary tools to install the air filter.
2. Start by removing the old air filter. You may need to take off the air box or air filter cover to find and remove the air filter.
3. Clean or replace the air box and air filter cover. It’s important to remove any dust, dirt, or grime that’s built up inside.
4. Once you have everything clean, attach the new air filter onto the air filter cover with a rubber band.
5. Now it’s time to install the new air filter onto the air box. If your air filter is oil-based, it needs to be pre-oiled before installation. Simply spread a small amount of air filter oil onto the air filter’s mesh.
6. Place the new air filter into the air box and secure it with a rubber band.
7. Reattach the air box or air filter cover and secure with screws or bolts.
8. Start up your ATV and make sure it’s running smoothly.
9. Lastly, check your air filter regularly to ensure it’s clean and in good working condition.
