Tell you how to install the ATV axle

1. Lift up the wheel hub and place it on a clean work surface.

2. Attach the new ATV axle to the wheel hub. It should fit snugly into place, but you may need to hold the axle while you twist the axle nut on the other side.

3. Place the wheel hub back on the ATV, and secure it with the pins provided with the new axle.

4. Attach the spring washers to the axle nut and be sure to torque it to the correct specifications. It should be tight, but not too tight.

5. Place the cotter pin in the slot of the axle nut, to make sure it stays tight.

6. Place the wheel spacers (if needed) onto the axle, and then slide the wheel onto the axle.

7. Secure the wheel with the lug nuts or studs, and be sure to torque it to the correct specifications.

8. Make sure all the components are secure and properly secured.

9. Replace the wheels covers (if applicable) and take your ATV for a test spin.
